Thomas & Friends: Curious Cargo

My sons, ages 2 and 3, love all things Thomas. We really enjoyed the Christmas DVDs this past holiday season and as soon as I saw this DVD arrive I knew it would also be a hit. Both boys, my youngest in particular, love zoo animals and trains. Dare I say, they go "ape" over them. I knew we'd be a bit stir crazy with the cold weather, and this DVD was a perfect excuse to snuggle on the sofa for a short while.

As with most of our Thomas & Friends videos, the boys were very engaged in the story. They loved the giraffe. LOVED him. I loved the themes in the DVD such as good listening, being gentle and asking for help. My boys can always use reinforcing messages for those lessons!

DVD Synopsis
All aboard for a while ride on the Island of Sodor as Thomas and his engine friends deliver some Curious Cargo - from giraffes and cows to birds and bunnies and more! Thomas meets a tall challenge while taking a giraffe to the Sodor Wildlife Center, Percy learns to be gentle with the animals of Sodor and Belle and Toby discover the importance of listening to others.
